The New York Code + Design Academy reported on August 15, 2017 that its income share agreement (ISA) model had been approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. This notice serves to correct that previous statement. The ISA was reviewed by the Financial Review Committee within the State Board of Private Licensed Schools, and it was determined that Board approval would not be required. The Financial Review Committee is tasked with reviewing financial information pertaining to licensed schools.
With the review from the Financial Review Committee complete, NYCDA is able to offer the ISA to Pennsylvania students.
