How to Be Yourself: Real-Life Advice to Live without Limits

In a world that constantly preys on our self-doubt and insecurity, being yourself takes courage and confidence. We all experience our world differently depending on who we are and how we are perceived, but we get to control our own destiny. When external challenges and pressures make success seem easier for some people more than others, how can you find strength and feel brave to be yourself no matter what? How can you overcome imposter syndrome to achieve the life you dream about?

Dillan will share inspiring stories from his own life and real advice from his clients who saw their lives changed forever when they boldly chose to be themselves. He’ll share what to do and how to think to achieve unlimited health, happiness and true success.

Dillan DiGiovanni is an internationally-certified integrative health coach leading a revolutionary movement around self-care, self-awareness and self-expression as the keys to feeling happy and successful. His calming demeanor, kind heart, and inspirational voice make him a teacher every person can benefit from, especially those striving to know and be themselves in a challenging, changing world.

Dillan coaches his individual clients the same way he supports teams at companies like Microsoft, IDEO, ActBlue, WorkBar and General Assembly and communities of higher learning including MIT, Northeastern and UCONN. His authentic and dynamic presence is engaging and inspiring for people of all ages and stages. Dillan is also a two-time TEDx speaker. He recently moved back to his home state of New Jersey after living in New England for over a decade. He missed the bagels and pizza and, most of all, the people.
